Articles must be submitted in French. The Editorial Committee reserves the right to accept articles written in other languages by non-French-speaking authors.
Presentation of articles:
All articles submitted to VSE must be sent in digital format (word-processed) to the following address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
The first page of the article proposal should include the names of the authors and the contact details (address, telephone and fax) of the author to whom all correspondence should be sent. It should include titles and abstracts in French and English. Submissions are not required to comply with the journal's (other) layout standards, but if they do, authors undertake to convert their article to these standards for publication.
Layout standards: Settings in various versions of Word.
- Title page: Authors' names; abstracts, titles and keywords must appear in French and English. (Maximum 150-word abstract and a maximum of six keywords).
- Body text as described below:
- Document format 17 x 24: Width: 17; height: 24
- Margins: top, bottom, left right: 2 cm
- Font: Arial 10, Arial 12 for titles Single-spaced
- Paragraphs: right- and left-justified
- Text structure: bold headings (e.g. 1.); bold subheadings (e.g. 1.1).
- Text from 30,000 to 75,000 characters (10 to 25 pages excluding bibliography)
- Conclusion: show the applicability of the concepts developed

Editorial policy:
- The editorial board reserves the right to reject any article, without peer review, that does not correspond to the journal's purpose. Selected articles are double-blind evaluated by members of the scientific committee and/or a professional involved in the topic. The reviewers' comments are forwarded to the authors. Articles will only be accepted for publication if they take account of the reviewers' comments. Any article submitted by an author automatically implies his or her agreement to publication in VSE in both paper and digital editions.
- The author(s) certify(s) that the proposed article is the fruit of individual or collective work, and that the sources used are explicitly referenced in the biographical notes appended to the article. The author(s) certify(s) that the article presented has not been submitted or will not be submitted in its current form to other publishers.
Proofs :
- Final proofs will be sent to the corresponding author for correction. The author must return the proofs within 15 days of receipt, to avoid any delay in printing.
