Abstract:
This study explores the adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) by employees within companies. Based on the UTAUT model and interviews with 32 people, we identified three user profiles: the "wait-and-see", the "cautious ingenious" and the "avant-garde". Our results show that AGI has a significant impact on work methods and employee efficiency. However, concerns related to data reliability and privacy are emerging. The study also highlights the importance of the company's role in supporting its employees with this new technology. Human resource management policies play a crucial role in appropriating AGI, minimizing risks and maximizing productivity gains.
