Abstract:

Our research question is to answer the question: Is CSR a lever for social innovation? Through this work, we examine how an integrated approach to CSR can foster social innovation. We explore how stakeholder engagement, external collaboration, and fostering a culture of innovation can contribute to this dynamic, while identifying potential challenges such as resistance to change and lack of resources.
