Abstract:

Our contribution concerns the links between inter-organizational citizenship behavior (ICB) and territorial adaptive performance (TAP) within associations in France and French-speaking Switzerland. This research has thus made it possible to deepen the state of research in management sciences on the impact of positive collective emotion, and of ICB, which has been adapted to the specificities of the social economy (SSE), by integrating the notion of territory. In addition, our case study enables us to establish the nature of these relationships between the ICB and the TAP to specify its capacity for change within the framework of Territorial Social Responsibility (TSR), an offshoot of Organizational Social Responsibility (OSR). The concept of Territorial Emotional Governance (TEG) emerges from our work.
