Abstract:

Change management is dependent on contexts in which organizations operate. This article aims to understand the specificities of change management in a context of digital transformation, within Moroccan banks, using Actor-Network Theory as a theoretical framework.
The aim is to confront the theoretical framework, based on international literature review, with the specificities of the Moroccan banking context. By combining documentary analysis and qualitative empirical research involving experts and professionals, this study identifies contextual elements that may enrich both academic and professional reflections on this topic in Morocco.
