Abstract:
Employees of a responsible organization (participating in a CSR approach) may be confronted with new categories of risks (RPS) linked to working conditions. Links with these new RPS have already been discussed in the literature. This work seeks to define the role that a perceived prosocial approach to work could play as an alternative to the emotional exhaustion induced by these new RPS in responsible organizations. Our sample included 131 managers and executives from 19 companies in Greater Tunis. In addition to the theoretical contributions concerning the organizational issues of RPS, the results tend to confirm the interest of including the perceived prosocial impact of work in a CSR policy to combat burnout at work.
